Following an application to the Australian Unity Foundation, StreetHealth has been successful in receiving a $25,000 grant from the Foundation. StreetHealth received the grant to support our innovative program delivering after hours GP services from a modified mobile medical unit, specifically targeting homeless, transient, low income and disadvantaged members of our community with a focus on the Western region of Melbourne.
